We rely on the use of certified vine cuttings and organic substances to nourish the soil. We employ soil protection methods, limiting the use of plant protection products and synthetic fertilizers and applying traps to monitor the vines and olive trees

Our vineyard was designed to encourage biodiversity and respect for seasonality by sowing nitrogen-fixing legumes in alternate rows.
We do not water the vineyard, but we rely on the spontaneous growth of the plants thanks to the ecosystem and the favorable microclimate of the area

Furthermore, we continually implement measures to reduce energy waste, such as harvesting grapes at dawn to take advantage of the colder temperatures and use less energy for the refrigeration system
